Now don't laugh at me when I say he has ADD. He is stuck to TV, cannot concentrate, waking up takes a huge toll on him. anxiety kills his effectiveness. right side issues develop as an outgrowth of left side problems. Aggression, sarcasm, greed, gluttony, violent trends, disrespect of authority... I can go on until someone throws bricks at me. but dont get me wrong here. i am just seeing my past in him, not you. he he.

red meat & cancers of the lower chakras

read meat seems to have induced excessive right sided heat up of lower chakras of those who consume it in the long term. a 50% increase in chances of colon cancer speaks volumes. Although I dont eat red meat, but a fellow yogi had commented on increased heat in the mooladhara after consumption of hamburgers. what are the further ramifications? if red meat affects the lower chakras then the sexual & reproductive health of individuals might also be effected, i havn't seen evidence in this regard yet.
